Waist beads are intended for personal adornment, body awareness, cultural expression, or personal expression. Waist beads do not cause weight loss and are not medical devices.

Skin-care and hair-care products are intended for external cosmetic use unless otherwise stated. Product information is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Results vary by person. Customers should review ingredients, follow directions, and perform a patch test when appropriate. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek professional medical guidance when necessary.

  1. WAIST-BEAD MEASUREMENTS

Customers are responsible for measuring the area where they want their waist beads to rest.

Waist-bead measurements are not the same as pants sizes. Please review the measuring guide before ordering.

Avionna Naturals LLC is not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements submitted or selected by the customer.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that their device can open the supplied file format.

Digital products are for personal use only unless commercial-use permission is expressly provided in writing.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, share, publish, or commercially exploit a digital product without written permission from Avionna Naturals LLC.

  1. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing, exceed available inventory, or violate these terms.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

  1. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

All sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates or control customs processing.
