REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Because many Avionna Naturals LLC products are handmade, personal-care, digital, or intended for individual use, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because of:

• A change of mind
• An incorrect product, color, design, or size selected by the customer
• Incorrect waist-bead measurements
• Normal variations in handmade products
• Differences between screen colors and the product’s appearance in person
• Digital products that have already been delivered or downloaded

Please review your order, measurements, shipping address, and email address carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@avionnanaturals.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the shipping packaging, when applicable

We will review the information and determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund. Items must not be worn, used, altered, or discarded before the issue is reviewed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they enter processing.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email info@avionnanaturals.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made before processing begins.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges, contact us for assistance.

Additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be resent. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect because of an error by Avionna Naturals LLC.
