How to Measure for Waist Beads

  1. Decide where you want your waist beads to rest: at your natural waist, around your navel, or lower on your hips.
  2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around that exact area. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to your body.
  3. Stand naturally. Do not hold your breath or pull the tape too tightly.
  4. Record the measurement in inches. Your waist-bead measurement is not the same as your pants size.
  5. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, wrap a non-stretch string around your body, mark where the ends meet, and measure the string with a ruler.

Measure twice before ordering. If you are between measurements or prefer a looser fit, add up to one inch for comfort.
